Exhibitor options

Trade and Investment exhibition organised alongside the Forum’s two main days offers international and local companies opportunities to demonstrate their projects, products and services to Central Asia’s mining industry.

Bookings received before 15 January are eligible to 15% discount

Bookings received before 15 February 2017 are eligible to 10% discount

Exhibitor registration closes on 3 April 2017.

Exhibitors who wish to present at the Forum, MineVenture session or MineTech must complete registration before 15 March 2018.

 

Exhibition booth – Option 1

(2 m length x 1.5 m depth x 2.5 m height)

Cost: $3,800 USD

Fee includes: 2 admission passes to the Forum and Gala Dinner + Presentation at the Forum or MineTech competition session


Exhibition booth – Option 2

(3 m length x 1.5 m depth x 2.5 m height)

Cost: $5,000 USD

Fee includes: 3 admission passes to the Forum and Gala Dinner + Presentation at the Forum or MineTech competition session


Exhibition booth – Option 3

(4 m length x 1.5 m depth x 2.5 m height)

Cost: $6,300 USD

Fee includes: 4 admission passes to the Forum and Gala Dinner + Presentation at the Forum or MineTech competition session; Full page advert in the Forum catalogue


Table top 

Exhibitor fee = $1, 500 USD

Fee includes: 1 delegate ticket to to the Forum and Gala Dinner + Presentation at the Forum or MineTech competition session


Poster Presentation

Cost:  $300 USD

Fee includes: Panel (1 m wide and 2.5 me high) hire for poster display.

 


BOOTH EXHIBITOR TERMS (Main Exhibition Hall – Foyer)

1). Exhibition booth hire from 7 am on 18 April until 6 pm on 19 April 2018 at the Radisson Astana Hotel (Forum venue), monochrome company name print on the front panel, hire of 0.7 m table, 2 chairs, 2 spot lights & 220 V electricity;

2). Short (150 words) exhibitor profile on MINEX Central Asia 2018 website and in the Forum’s catalogue;

3). Delegate admission to MINEX Forum on 19 and 20 April and admission to MINEX Gala Dinner on 19 April (please see terms above);

4). Additional delegate passes to Master Classes or Forum can be purchased at 50% off standard rate

5). Exhibitors who have booked exhibitor option 3 are entitled to a complimentary full-page advert in the Forum’s catalogue

6). Exhibitors can invited unlimited number of guests to their exhibition booth.

TABLE TOP EXHIBITOR TERMS (Sary Arka 2 or Main Exhibition Hall – subject of space availability)

1). Place hire from 7 am on 18 April until 6 pm on 19 April 2018 at the Radisson Astana Hotel (Forum venue). Hire of table, chair and small area for mobile exhibition stand (maximum width up to 1.3 m and height up to 2.5 m).

2). Listing of exhibitor’s profile (up to 150 words) on MINEX Central Asia 2018 website and in the Forum catalogue.

3) One delegate ticket to MINEX Forum on 19 and 20 April and admission to MINEX Gala Dinner on 19 April

4). 50% off standard delegate rates if purchasing additional delegate tickets to the Forum and/or Master Classes.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Booking confirmation and invoice: Exhibitor registration closes on 3 April 2018. Exhibitors who wish to present at the Forum, MineVenture session or MineTech must complete registration before 15 March 2018. You will receive acknowledgement of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration. Please call us on + 44 1923 822 861 in case you do not receive confirmation within stated period.

Payment: Payments must be received in full before 4 April 2018. UK VAT is not applied to payments made to the UK account. Bookings received before 15 January are eligible to 15% discount.  Bookings received before 15 February 2017 are eligible to 10% discount/

Cancellations: Cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com before 3 April 2018 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 3 April 2018. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 3 April 2018.
