SPONSORSHIP BOOKING TERMS:
Confirmation: You will receive acknowledgement of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration form. Please call us on + 44 (0) 207 520 9341 or fax + 44 (0) 207 520 9342 in case you do not receive confirmation within stated period.
Payment and taxes: Payment should be made to Advantix Ltd within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice or before 4 April 2017. Please allow 3 working days for BACS payment. UK VAT is not applied to payments made to the UK account. Payments made to the bank account in Kazakhstan will be subject to Kazakh taxes, Bank commission charges and Exchange rates.
Cancellation: Cancellations received in writing before 4 April 2017 may be subject to administration charge of up to 10% of agreed sponsorship fee. Full sponsorship fees are payable in the event of cancellation after 4 April 2017.
Sponsored delegate passes: Please submit sponsored delegate names by completing “Guest Form”. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time free of charge (providing the delegate has Kazakh entry visa).

Use of sponsor’s logos and corporate profile: To ensure correct display and print of corporate logo and company profile on Minex website and Minex printed materials, please comply with the MINEX Central Asia “Artwork and printing guidelines”.
