Delegate Registration



Delegate pre-registration ends: Friday 15 April 2016

Payment: Delegate fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via PayPal) or Bank Transfer.

Admission: Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates who have failed to pay the delegate fee prior to the forum.

Early bird 10% discounts will be offered to the delegate registrations received and paid before 15.02.2016

Group registrations: 10% group discount applies for group of 3 or more delegates registrations for master classes and the forum.

Gala Dinner: No discounts available. Due to seating capacity restrictions registered delegates have priority when purchasing tickets for Gala Dinner

Student or Academician discounts: up to 50% discretionary discount may be offered to full time-students and academicians.

Master class delegate fee: includes admission to all master class sessions; hand-outs; luncheon; coffees; use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English).

Forum delegate fee: includes admission to the forum sessions; admission to welcome drinks reception; conference bag with MINEX Central Asia 2016 materials; luncheons, coffees; use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English); access to post-event Forum publications.

Commercial presentation: Delegates who have selected “Commercial presentation” option must submit before 4 April 2016 completed speaker form, photo and short biography (to be published on the forum’s website and catalogue). Presentation fee includes 20-minute use of the meeting room reserved for business podium presentation, presentation announcement in the program; use of Audio-Visual and translation equipment, Simultaneous translation of the presentation to Russian, publication of the presentation slides in MINEX CD and post-event materials; listing of presenter’s photo and short bio in the Forum catalogue.

Poster presentation: Poster board hire (1 m width x 2 m height ) and poster display on 20-21 April 2016 in the Poster session area.

Gala Dinner fee: Includes unreserved seat at a dinner table; Gala show during the dinner.

Kazakh Visa: If you require Kazakh entry visa please allow at least 5 working days for visa application processing. For more information please check with your local consulate or visit website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Accommodation: Special discounted rates at the Radisson Astana and Park Inn Hotels are offered on website



Booking confirmation: You will receive acknowledgement of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration form.

Cancellations: Cancellations received in writing before 4 April 2016 will be refunded subject to administration charge of 10% of total registration fee. Full conference fees are payable in the event of cancellation after 4 April 2016 or thereafter. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time free of charge.

Taxes and charges: UK VAT is not applied to payments made to the UK account.
