Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use
Nurabaev Bazarbai Kanaevich was born in 1959 in the village of Dzhalagash, the Kyzylorda region. Higher technical education. A Doctor of Technical Sciences, an Academician of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He began his career as an engineer in 1987, then as a head of a department, a director of the Kumkol base of the PME, a head of the MPME (Management of Production and Maintenance, and Equipment) of the production association «Yuzhneftegas.»
Since 1997 he worked as a director of the Subsidiary Limited Liability Partnership «Yaksart Petroleum». From 1998 to 2000 he worked as a head of a department, a deputy head of the Central Energy Customs, a Head of the Central Energy Customs of the Customs Committee of the Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2000 he worked as a director of the RSE (Republican State Enterprise) «Central Dispatching Board of Oil and Gas of Kazakhstan» of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan.
Since 2002 he worked in oil and gas companies in senior positions. Since March 2012 he worked as a head of the Republican Center of Geological Information (RCGI) «Kazgeoinform» of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since December 25, 2012 he was appointed as a Chairman of the Committee of Geology and Subsoil Use of the Ministry of Investment and Development
State geological surveys in many countries provide the raw material dependence of the countries on the basis of the systematic study of the geological structure of the subsoil and mineral resources.
With substantial mineral resources, Kazakhstan is a major exporter of energy raw materials, ferrous, nonferrous and precious metals.
Thus, Kazakhstan is already firmly embedded in the world's mineral and raw material complex, and sealed them with close ties.
